Team Entry
Team Entry Fee: NSW Teams- $2,100 (excl. GST) Interstate Teams- $2,500 (excl. GST)
Team Entry Opens: 17th Ocotober 2025
Team Entry Closes: 31st October 2025
All teams must complete payment before the closing date to be eligible for entry. Each team is also required to nominate a qualified referee and table official at the time of entry submission.

PLayer Draft
The Player Draft is designed for individuals who wish to participate in the State Championships but do not currently have a team. Players will be placed into teams in need of additional athletes. The Player Draft opens 24th October and closes on the 7th November.
Team Draft
The Team Draft is for teams seeking to add players from the Player Draft pool. To be eligible, teams must be registered with a minimum of 9 players prior to participating in the Team Draft. The Draft opens on the 24th October and closes on the 7th of November.

To Referee at the State Championships, please complete the Referee Expression of Interest form via the link above.
DRaw
The official draw will be released on 14th Novemeber 2025 and will be accessible via the link provided above.
