Competition Format

The Championship event will be held  as a single competition for each age group... THERE WILL BE NO 'A' & 'B' DIVISION...

Timeline

• REGISTRATIONS OPEN:   8 March 2024

  REGISTRATIONS CLOSE:  20 March 2024 - Water Polo NSW may at its discretion accept team entries after this date. A penalty of $200 per team will be applicable for late entries.

• PLAYER / TEAM DRAFT CLOSE:  26th March 2024 (no late entries to the draft will be accepted after this time)

Referees 

Each team is required to nominate a accredited Referee, who will be remunerated for each game they are appointed (conditions apply)

All referee modules and courses are available to all members for free by using your club / revSPORT logins to access the Water Polo Australia Learning Pool.

Table Officials 

Each team is required to provide a competent table official for their game (excluding finals).

• Home Team: responsible for managing the clock
• Away Team: responsible for writing the scorecard

There is a Table Officials course on the Water Polo Australia Learning Pool accessible via your Club / revSPORT log ins.  

Failure to provide a competent referee or competent table official, will result in a fine of $100 being applied per incident
