Noel Harrod Bio

Noel has been involved in water polo from the grassroots to the international level for over 50 years. He has been a player, coach, referee, board member and administrator during that time. He has a firm view that the sport should be athlete-focused above all other considerations. He brings a strong financial background, as well as in-depth knowledge of sports administration, having worked professionally in the sports industry for over 20 years.
