WPNSW Metro Academy
The NSW Academy is the first stage within the NSW State Team Pathway and a great opportunity for athletes to be training with the best athletes in their age, with State Coaches. The program is designed to develop athletes across all areas of the game including, strength, fitness, ball skills, shooting and positional play.
Each born year is training on one designated morning each week at Auburn pool 5:30 to 7:00am or Ashfield Pool 6:00 to 7:30am. This will rotate weekly so that everyone has an early finish and a late finish.

Athletes are to bring the following to every session:
- Ball
- Drink Bottle
- Bands
- mouthguard (if applicable)
