WPNSW Regional Academy
The NSW Academy is the first stage within the NSW State Team Pathway and a great opportunity for athletes to be training with the best athletes in their age, with State Appointed Coaches. The program is designed to develop athletes across all areas of the game including, strength, fitness, ball skills, shooting and positional play.
Training is on one designated morning each week at Oasis Aquatic Centre from 6:30 - 8:00 am.

Athletes are to bring the following to every session:
- Ball
- Drink Bottle
- Bands
- mouthguard (if applicable)
