Register to play water polo in NSW

How do I become a member?

The best way to join in the fun of playing water polo with your friends, coach a team, ref a game or volunteer as part of a community is to join your local club.

You can find your local water polo club using this club finder tool

When you become a member, you receive affiliation to your State (WPNSW) and National Associations (WPA).

What is the Water Polo Membership Structure

From the 2022-23 season, Water Polo Australia (WPA) jointly with the State Associations, made some changes to the financial aspects of your membership, to provide more value to the water polo community.

The membership fee you pay is made up of three parts, one part to WPA, one part to WPNSW and one part to your Club. The consistent amount to each member is the WPNSW and WPA component, based on the category chosen, however the Club component varies across NSW depending on the membership inclusions.

The Club component is set by the Clubs.

What do I get for my WPNSW Component?

 Benefits of memberships include:

Benefits:

·       Ability to join one of the more than 40 Affiliated Clubs and Associations across NSW with wide reaching benefits from fun and fitness with likeminded players to coaching, mentoring, social water polo and access to equipment and facilities
