Welcome to the 2026/27 Water Polo NSW Incorporated (WPNSW) Annual Membership Form.

To help you complete the form efficiently, please have the following documents and information ready before you begin:

A copy of your club’s current Constitution
A copy of your Annual Report, including the minutes and any supporting reports or information distributed at your most recent Annual General Meeting
A copy of the financial accounts presented to members at your most recent Annual General Meeting, or alternatively, the prescribed documentation required under the relevant governing legislation to be lodged annually
A list of contact details for all club officers, executives and your club Delegate, along with a copy of the meeting resolution confirming these appointments

You will be asked to provide this information as part of the membership process, so having these documents ready will make completing the form quicker and easier.

In addition to the Terms set out below,the Club agrees:

1. to carry out its duties and obligations under and in accordance with the WPNSW Constitution and its associated policies; and 2. to pay when due all fees,levies and charges as determined by WPNSW from time to time associated with this application,its membership and its participation in any WPNSW activities; and 3. to update all information that it is required to provide to WPNSW within a reasonable time.

TERMS On or before 31 August 2026, the Club will: 1. Pay WPNSW its Annual Subscription fee of $105 + GST. 2. Provide WPNSW with a copy of its current constitution or a working link to it. 3. Provide WPNSW with a copy of its Annual Report,minutes and any supporting reports or information distributed at its last annual general meeting. 4. Provide WPNSW with a copy of its financial accounts presented to its members at the latest annual general meeting or alternatively the prescribed documentation required by the relevant governing legislation to be lodged annually. 5. Provide WPNSW with a list of contact details for all officers,executives and its Delegate plus a copy of its meeting resolution confirming such appointments. 6. Provide WPNSW with a copy of or access to its current register of members.
