2026 NSW State Team Program Feedback Survey - Parents and Athletes

Congratulations again on a successful 2026 NSC campaign, we are so proud of all of our athletes! Water Polo NSW now invites all parents and athletes to provide feedback on the 2026 NSW State Team Program. This feedback will be used to inform best practice changes to the program for the 2027 season.

What team were you part of?*

How clear was the nomination and selection process for your child’s participation in STP?*

Were you satisfied with the communication from WPNSW throughout the program?*

Do you feel the training and preparation program adequately prepared your child for the tournament?*

Was the feedback from coaches clear and helpful for your child’s development?*

How do you feel about the cost of the program and its value for money?*

How would you rate the tour logistics (travel, accommodation, food)?*

To what extent do you feel that any questions or issues were responded to promptly?*

What was you / your child's favourite part of the 2026 State Team program?*

If you were involved last year, to what extent, or not, would you say the program has improved?

Anything else you would like to share?
