An initiative that provides female coach participants a variety of unique opportunities to help progress their personal, and

water-polo coaching, development.

The aim of the program is to attract, retain and develop female water-polo coaches through an inclusive support network.

WPNSW Coffee Club is a flexible program, as we understand that female coaches have different time constraints and commitments.

Weekly online conversations during June 2025 featuring:

•       Zoom Coffee Club conversations with Guest WPNSW coaches

•       Community, connection & camaraderie

•       Dedicated topics on guests’ coaching journeys – how did you begin coaching, what were your expectations, goals and

how have they changed, rewards, challenges and obstacles?

•       Questions/ interaction from female coach attendees throughout the conversation

•       Future potential development of mentor/ mentee opportunities (i.e. participants will be mentored with exposure to the wider

coach development team & WPNSW coaching staff)

•       Network with & share experiences with fellow female coaches
