Water Polo NSW Launches Coffee Club TO EMPOWER Female Coaches

Water Polo NSW is proud to announce the launch of the WPNSW Coffee Club, a brand-new initiative aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing female water polo coaches across the state.

This flexible, online program is set to run weekly on Monday evenings at 7:30 PM from 2 June to 7 July 2025, offering a unique opportunity for women in coaching to connect, grow, and be inspired - both personally and professionally.

What is the WPNSW Coffee Club?

The WPNSW Coffee Club is a relaxed and supportive Zoom series designed to bring female coaches together for open conversation, shared learning, and networking. Each session will feature high-profile guest coaches sharing their personal coaching journeys - from their early beginnings to their most significant challenges and achievements.

This initiative provides a space for meaningful dialogue, professional development, and potential mentorship opportunities with experienced Water Polo NSW coaching staff.

The series will be hosted by Dr Damien Taylor PhD, a Leadership Specialist Consultant and Awarded High-Performance Coach.
