Working all week?? Attending chores around the house ?? Running round with the kids.... well for some!!
The weekends are supposd to be time for having fun... and what would be a better way, to clock off from work on Friday afternoon, hop in the car and head down to the Shoalhaven region to have a weekend away playing water polo with friends. It might be obvious, but spending time with your mates is a sure-fire way to increase your happiness.
The Social Wkndr is a new initiative for all athletes aged 18 - 35..... Water Polo NSW recognise the need to engage this age group, particularly those who don't continue to play socially after competing for many years in the U14 - U18 juniors. This is your time to shine!
